The conditions under this service is contracted are accepted by the client at the momento the reservation is made Taxi rm Madrid will not accept reservations for airport pick up with identification poster if the obligatory information is omitted This service can be modified up until 30 minutes before pick up time Taxi rm Madrid will confirm the flight number before pick up If there are flight modifications after receiving a reservation, taxi rm will use the flight arrivals information given by the airport as valid. It is the client´s responsibility to contact our central office (915932020) if there have been and modifications concerning the terminal the passenger will arrive at. Taxi rm is not responsable for any modifications that have not been comunicated to our central office which causes a failure in the pick up service. In this case the service must be paid by the client. There is a 30 min. Cortesy wait, after which, the central office will contact the client. There is a surcharge of 30€/hour for delays. If the passenger does not arrive, the client must pay a mínimum charge of 30€
